This year's Mideast Cross Country Championships mark the 28th Anniversary of the meet. The race director, Neal Charske of Ohio, has been instrumental in the meet's success since 1987. Neal and his staff strive to put together a competitive meet in which the best of the best from Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan compete head to head. Thank you to all who participated, attended, coached, and promoted the event to their athletes. We hope to continue the tradition and take a great group of athletes to represent Team Illinois each year.
